Review: Last Friday’s Potato Bar served by Toledo’s Mighty Fine Seniors was deemed a resounding success by all accounts. I dined with the cooks and Commish Edna Fund (who knew about The Other Toledo[dot]com). Already plans are underway for another such dinner in the Fall.

April 20 Toledo Senior Center Nutrition Lunch menu features Fish Sandwich, fries, coleslaw and mandarin oranges plus cookie, April 22 pork roast with mashed potatoes, baby carrots, ice cream with berries plus dinner roll. Nutrition Lunches Wednesday and Friday are sponsored in part by Area Agency on Aging. Cost is $3 for those 60+ years of age. Reservations required. The THS Sophomore Class is having a Mother's Day Bazaar this Saturday from 10-4. Everyone is invited to come by the high school and do some shopping.
