TES PTO’s Brooke Sellards Acosta posted:
April Garden Science - "Trees"
×In observance of Earth and Arbor Days this month, students learned about trees and the gifts that they provide.
×Students sampled a simple kale salad made from kale and garlic from the garden.
×Thanks to a generous donation from Weyerhaeuser, each student took home a Douglas-fir seedling. They should be planted as soon as possible, preferably into a 1 gallon pot until next winter.
Brooke’s post: Garden Club will start Tuesday, April 24th (today).
