Logan Grove is an amazing 17 year old with a genetic disorder diagnosis: Dilated Cardiomyopathy and Tachycardia. This is a group to support Logan’s journey as he and his family navigates through the next few months attempting to manage this illness. We need your support putting together a musical festival August 12, 2017. I am in search of musicians willing to volunteer their talent for 1 special evening to build funds for Logan and his family, Medical costs are skyrocketing with the MANY appointments, constant tests, various trips, and medications required to merely manage his condition...

Tech Report: One reader says: I got one of those WiFi hotspots over a year ago, and suddenly this month, I got a huge bill! What happened, and what can I do about it?
This happened to me years ago, and once the carrier quoted their definition of “Unlimited” use* I was offered a suspension of the over-limit fees, as long as I ceased using it until the next billing cycle.
NYT offers advice on getting the best outcome from any customer service contact: When you’re engaging with customer service personnel you should have a desired outcome in mind, and you should stay focused on that goal.
Lifehacker once more addressed hidden restrictions in “unlimited” plans, including hotspots in February: There is also a caveat, and it’s a big one, for users who want to use Verizon’s Mobile Hotspot (tethering). You can use up to 10GB on 4G LTE each month as part of the plan (this is separate from your 22GB), but once you go beyond that, you’ll be throttled to 3G speeds. If you’re a heavy Mobile Hotspot user, this could be a breaking point for the unlimited plan...
Top four carriers are compared, and recent changes outlined in the article.
