Our pocket park in Toledo, Steamboat Alley, is nearing completion! We're entering the final stages of putting everything together for the final installation, and we need as many hands as we can get for the final few work parties to make the workload as light as possible on all of us.

We need your help!

Come join us on Saturday, May 4th, starting at 11 AM to help us move and rearrange some necessary materials in preparation for the next phase of construction, and to take an active role in creating a massive improvement for our community.

Joe Notch reminds everyone: Vessel Safety Checks
As the weather improves and opening day of boating season (4 May) approaches The Coast Guard Auxiliary would like to remind all boaters that we do free courtesy vessel exams, often called vessel safety checks.
You can request a vessel exam by going to the CG Auxiliary website, the Coast Guard App or by calling our local vessel examiner, Bob Mccready at (360) 425-2468.

More information at this Link: https://cgaux.org/vsc/

PS - We will also be doing vessel exams during the Kids fishing derby as well.

Between the time students apply for free/reduced price meals and when they are eligible, they accrue charges for meals that their family can't pay for. Katie's Kids is a program of the TES PTO that works to eliminate those balances and help families. Funds raised at this breakfast will be used to retire the debts of those needy families.

$5 per person for Omlette and Pancakes or Biscuits and Gravy.
