Toledo Lions Club writes via Facebook: 4000 Rainbows and 50 Brood Trout go in the pond today (Thursday)!!! Then it's closed to fishing until the Jim and Penny Lancaster Kid's fishing Derby on Saturday May 13, 2017.

WA Dept. of Transportation (WSDOT) announced they will reopen the upper portion of the Spirit Lake Memorial Highway (State Route 504) to traffic on Saturday, May 13.

It's a Blast! Mt St. Helens opener w/ live music and fun activities. Have you heard? Johnston Ridge Observatory at Mount St. Helens will open for the season May 13.

Toledo School District noted Thursday on Facebook: My thanks to Tammy Wasson from First Avenue Massage in Castle Rock for providing seated chair massages for teachers today. Nothing like getting rubbed the right way to make a person feel good and appreciated!

Vision:Toledo reminder: Ag science/FFA kids have really nice pepper and tomato plants for sale at Napa Hardware store. They have all been hardened and are ready to go. $2 for 4 inch and $3 gal sizes. Help support the program and spread the word.

This Saturday is the last scheduled blueberry plant sale for the THS Girls Basketball fundraiser. Thanks to the weather and low turn out, the fundraiser is running way behind this year. With all the changes in coaching staff, the ladies need as much support as possible. Hours are 11:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. at the Riverview Hardware and NAPA in downtown Toledo WA.
