A reliable and accessible public transportation system can benefit the environment as well as our citizens. The Cowlitz-Wahkiakum Council of Governments is updating the regional Human Services Transportation Plan. These coordinated plans identify the transportation needs of individuals with disabilities, older adults, and people with low incomes and provide strategies for meeting these needs, and prioritize transportation services for funding and implementation.
