Toledo School District shared: Good luck to our Toledo Indian Track and Field athletes who will proudly represent us at the State 2B Meet at Eastern Washington University this weekend. Many of them are highly ranked in Washington and this is the culmination of a fantastic season. Let’s bring home some medals! Toledo Proud!
Toledo Veteran Jake Dailey posted: Our lives got a lot Wilder the past couple months. Last month my former sister in-law passed away suddenly leaving my 18 month old nephew without a mommy. Valerie and I immediately knew that we wanted to bring him into our life and raise him as our own.
I left Washington very suddenly a month ago so I could go bond with this boy and get the adoption process on track. There’s been some bumps but we’re on track. 2 weeks ago we picked him up and drove to Northern California where we are finishing up Valeries travel nursing contract.
He is such a good baby! He’s taken to us as his mommy and daddy immediately and I can’t believe how fast we have fallen in love with him! He’s perfect. Daisy and Huckleberry took to him immediately, especially during meal times.
The last month with this boy has changed my life and all I want is to do right by him! He is my world and his name is Wilder Joe Dailey!
