Toledo School District wrote: My thanks to the many community members who participated in twice-monthly meetings of the Facilities Advisory Committee. The committee members examined the needs of the district, spoke on behalf of the community and worked to craft a recommendation to the board that the committee felt was a responsible way forward. In summary, the recommendation is to modernize the high school including track and restrooms at the stadium; make needed repairs and updates to TES and TMS and to do so with reduced non-construction ("soft" costs). Total recommended bond measure would be $12.9 million. The board will consider this recommendation at their July 13 meeting.
