Today: Toledo Lions Club is hosting the Lions Health Screening Unit at Toledo Elementary 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
The Unit is a tractor/trailer rig that travels around the state conducting hearing and vision screening tests. This is the second year for Toledo kids, Kindergarten through 5th grade.
An estimated 30,000 free screenings are offered at schools, fairs and other public events all over Washington State and Northern Idaho for sight and hearing plus glaucoma, diabetes and high blood pressure. Details on the LHSU (Lions Health Screening Unit) here.
