Residents in a Pennsylvania city filled a growing pothole with a CHRISTMAS TREE
Residents in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, were upset by a growing pothole
The large crater kept growing in the last few weeks with no one fixing it
One resident, Marietta Spak, decided to place an artificial Christmas tree in the center of the hole so drivers would know to drive around it
This inspired residents to take pictures of themselves with the tree
The city has now promised to fix the hole after seeing the Christmas tree online

Not Strictly Toledo: Lewis County Solid Waste Utility
Hazo Hut and the Swap Shack at the Central Transfer Station in Centralia are open today until 4 p.m. to accept your leftover or unwanted household hazardous waste and burned out fluorescent lights. The Swap Shack is the place you can pick up good re-usable paint or cleaning products. Both facilities are open every Wednesday and the first and third Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Reminder: Construction continues on the tipping floor resurfacing project at the transfer station in Centralia. The tipping floor is the place where you drive up to and "tip" your garbage onto the floor. Front-end loaders then push the garbage into large containers for transfer to a large regional landfill in Oregon.

Read the FAQ page, check to see if a distro is scheduled, and head over to the warehouse.
Richard The Chip Guy says: Be kind to the volunteers, listen to the traffic guy, don’t show up early and don’t park at the neighboring homes across the street. Share.
